If your MedMassager no longer fits your lifestyle or you change your mind, you are more than welcome to return your unit. Of course we want you to be 100% happy with your investment and encourage you to reach out to our customer experience specialists. They can help you with any specific questions or concerns that you have.

For most of our customers, this is the best solution – showing you how to enjoy and extract maximum benefit out of your incredible massager and maximizing your investment.

If you decide that returning your Massager is the best option, we can certainly facilitate that process.

Remember that these units are personal use items and cannot be resold as new once opened. (You wouldn’t want to pay full price for somebody else’s return). As such, a full refurbishment is required by our engineering team on all opened and returned goods. Once refurbished, these items are sold as “open box” units at a significant discount.

We charge a 15% fee for items returned used and no returns can be accepted after 30 days of receipt. You will also be required to pay the return shipping cost. Remember that we will need a copy of your proof of purchase, sadly no returns, refunds or exchanges can proceed without that.
